The architectural language is guided by clarity, order and technical refinement. A clean façade of vertical fins and reflective glazing expresses the building’s forward-focused identity while providing passive solar control.

Access

Public access is marked by a recessed main entrance offering shelter, visibility and a clear sense of arrival. Staff and service entries are zoned separately to maintain operational efficiency and security. Setbacks allow for tree-lined pedestrian approaches, while vehicular circulation is designed to support deliveries and emergency response without disrupting day-to-day operations.
