A distinctive new model for branded residential living - responsive to market change, socially engaging, and built for lasting value.

As part of a major regeneration district in Seoul, this branded residential tower is designed to anchor a key intersection within a former light industrial zone now transitioning into a vibrant urban quarter. The project responds to the evolution of branded living - offering hospitality-level service, enhanced lifestyle support and architectural identity to a broader demographic. Conceived as a local landmark, the building combines sculptural form with a sustainable mix of unit types, delivering both placemaking value and long-term environmental performance.

Entrance Lobby

The tower’s bold civic expression is defined by structural archways that frame a double-height entrance lobby, paired with a public café to activate the street frontage. Material choices and construction strategies were developed to reduce embodied carbon while maintaining architectural richness and flexibility.

Interior Experience

A layered mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments sits above shared co-living zones, rooftop leisure spaces and sky gardens designed to foster interaction and community.
