Redefining urban elegance through nature-inspired architectural forms.

This architectural remodelling project focuses on the transformation of the P Hotel, with particular attention to the building’s façade, entrance canopy, lobby and fitness centre. Drawing on natural motifs such as branches, blossoms, sunsets and clouds, the design enhances the user experience through symbolic gestures that resonate with the cultural and urban context. The goal was to create a refreshed identity for the hotel - one that feels organic, welcoming and rooted in place.

Design Approach

The central “Stem Canopy” symbolises growth, connection and fluidity while the “Sunset Facade” above evokes the ephemeral beauty of a setting sky through a gradient of metal panels. These layered expressions bring movement, atmosphere and softness to the hotel’s rigid existing form.

Form & Identity

The canopy acts as both a functional shelter and an iconic architectural statement - defining the main entrance while softening the building’s perceived scale. This expressive intervention adds narrative depth to the exterior, integrating the hotel more sensitively into its urban setting.
