A next-generation bio campus - engineered for precision, powered by process, and shaped for global impact.

The SKOR BioP Campus is a high-performance biopharmaceutical manufacturing complex developed for Merck in South Korea. Located on a 60,000 m² industrial site, the facility delivers over 19,200 m² of gross floor area across multiple specialised buildings, including a DG production block, warehouse, wastewater treatment facility, and support infrastructure. Designed to meet global GMP standards, the campus strengthens regional production capacity while embedding resilience, safety, and sustainability into every level of the design.

Design Approach

The architectural strategy emphasises clarity, modularity, and operational flow. Each building is purpose-built and positioned to streamline internal logistics and support clean production practices. Rationalised massing, consistent detailing, and clearly articulated access zones enhance spatial legibility and technical performance.

Site Strategy & Operations

The campus is carefully zoned to separate high-risk areas from admin functions, with secure circulation routes ensuring safe, efficient movement. Green buffers and daylight-accessible workspaces enhance wellbeing and reinforce long-term environmental and occupational sustainability.
